John McKnight
Proud and dedicated veteran of the United States Marine Corps! John served his country for five years as a Jet Engine Mechanic on FA-18’s where he discovered his passions for fixing things and helping people. John’s experience in the Marine Corps instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. He brings this same level of dedication and focus to his real estate career, helping his clients with everything from flips and investment properties to value-add situations and more. John has also channeled his passion for community and safety into his business venture Texas Splash Pads, which aims to bring the joy and fun of local residential splash pads to backyards across the area. John is excited to share this unique service with his clients and community and looks forward to building new relationships along the way.

Affectionately known as “Izzy”! He is a passionate and dedicated professional who is incredibly excited to bring his expertise as a Texas licensed Irrigator to Texas Splash Pads. With over a decade of experience under his belt, Izzy is a true expert in his field. Not only does he hold a Texas license, but he is also a Certified Irrigation Auditor, making him a true master of all things water and irrigation related topics. Izzy is dedicated to sustainability, water management, and conservation, and he brings these values to every project he undertakes. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he has proudly conserved hundreds of thousands of gallons of water for the city of San Antonio.
